Geologist

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology-related subject, degree level as assessed by the HKCAA if it is obtained overseas
• Min. 5 years of post-qualification experience in civil or geotechnical engineering of which at least 3 years must be in ground investigation works
• Preferably name included on GEO’s List of Approved Staff as Logging Geologist
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Geologist

Job Description:

• Geological logging and field mapping
• Mentor and train junior geologists and supervise and provide direction to the junior members in the team when required
• Provide reviews of all geological and field test data from sites and input as field report.
