Generative AI Developer

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers) for APAC projects and company products related to Digital Humans and Gen AI solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional AI, software development, and PMO teams to understand business needs and integrate Gen AI models into real-world applications.
• Conduct research to explore new techniques and methodologies in generative AI.
• Ensure successful deployment of models in production environments and monitor their performance for ongoing optimization.
• Experiment with datasets to optimize model performance and accuracy.
• Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and refine models based on feedback.
• Document development processes, findings, and best practices for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for product development and improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in areas including but not limited to computer vision and neural networks, e.g., GANs, VAEs, ViTs, CNNs
• Experience with generative modeling techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with libraries.
• Understanding of deep learning architectures and their applications in generative tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for exploring new technologies in AI.
