Job Description:
- Handle all internal and external document flow, including dispatch, delivery, collection, and courier coordination with government agencies, legal firms, and business partners.
- Provide comprehensive clerical support to project teams and the office, including data entry, filing, report preparation, and tracking project progress to ensure timely execution.
- Serve as the first point of contact, professionally managing all incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Perform daily administrative tasks for HR and other departments, including inventory record maintenance, sample coordination, and billing support.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned, including occasional outdoor errands.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Chinese word-processing
- Ability to work independently and responsibly with strong interpersonal skills
- Mature approach and capability to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Meticulous with numbers and data accuracy
Detail-oriented with excellent numerical skills
Employment Terms:
- Salary: HK$16,000 - $19,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Bank holidays, 10 days AL, Double Pay
- Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week
