Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to HR Department, e.g. update leave record, medical/dental administration, MPF enrolment, staff movement report and filing
  • Perform recruitment coordination work, e.g. interview arrangement and employment reference check
  • Maintain and update HR filing system
  • Assist in handling our licensing system
  • Assist in participating in ad-hoc tasks as required

 Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2 years clerical experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good team player and detail-minded
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
