GENERAL CLERK

About the role

We are seeking a talented and organized General Clerk to join our team AMS ContiOcean at Wong Chuk Hang. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Performing general office administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
• Assisting with the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
• Providing customer service support by answering phone inquiries and responding to email communications
• Coordinating meeting schedules, booking conference rooms, and preparing agendas
• Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365, including Word and AI Software
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
• Fresh University graduate is welcome.
