General Clerk II (General Administration) (Tsim Sha Tsui Head Office) (Ref. 250001IS) (Closing date: September 9, 2025)
The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in daily office operations, including maintenance of office facilities and filing system, and managing the School’s inventories; (b) providing counter services; (c) handling classroom and venue booking for the delivery of full-time and part-time programmes and organisation of events and student activities; (d) co-ordinating central printing services for teaching materials; (e) processing purchase requests and seeking quotation for furniture, fixture and equipment; and (f) performing other tasks as assigned by the School.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) good computer skills (including MS Excel, and Chinese and English word-processing); (iv) the ability to work independently and under pressure; and (v) a courteous manner, a hardworking attitude and the willingness to learn. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written, typing and/or computer skill test(s).
Applicants must submit copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates showing that they have fulfilled the language requirements and academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications will NOT be considered.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
