Job Description

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• To provide individual and small group lessons to students preparing to take the IBDP, IBMYP, GCSE, and GCE A-level Exams as well.

• To mark and evaluate students’ performance and devise study plans to motivate and assist students in their studies.

• To prepare notes and lesson plans for courses designed to boost students’ skills in areas like creative writing, argumentative writing, reading comprehension, and textual analysis.

• To develop notes, handouts, exercises, and assessments to aid students in their learning.

What are the credentials/skills that we are looking for

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.

• An academic background in relevant subjects.

• To be enthusiastic and dynamic.

• To have excellent communication skills.

• Native-level fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.

• Previous teaching experience is a definite asset.

• Previous experience in the SAT/ACT/AP/IB/GCE/GCSE exams is a definite asset.

What is the salary range that we offer

• Very competitive salary (HKD20K-45K) subject to experience
