Full Stack Developer (IT)

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience with both front-end and back-end development, utilizing modern frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue) and languages (such as JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or Python).
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (examples: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and demonstrated ability to design and optimize data structures.
• Familiarity with API integration and the development of RESTful web services and microservices architectures.
• Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, applying strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Sound grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and willingness to participate in an iterative, feedback-driven team process.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the capacity to liaise confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ related job experience
• Initiative, adaptability, and a passion for exploring new technologies and development practices.
• Exposure to deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise, public-sector, or construction/service industry digital systems is valued, but not required.
• Ability to contribute to technical discussions, mentor junior colleagues, or assume increasing responsibility over time.
