Food & Beverage Buyer-

Responsibilities

• Handle all purchasing activities including PO follow up, price negotiation, quotation and order processing
• Support purchasing manager to plan & implement purchasing strategies and handle food procurement request including sourcing, evaluating procurement costing and quality of supplier for better terms
• Monitor stock level and replenishment status on a timely basis
• Monitoring and evaluating vendor performance
• Support business development project and event

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or above
• Minimum 3 years' purchasing experience in Food & Beverage Industry Experience in F&B supplier and equipment is advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new brand partnerships (local or overseas) that align with the company’s growth strategy
• Develop and execute business development plans for both local and overseas markets to maximize revenue and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand principals, key customers, and strategic business partners
