Job description:

  • International household, beauty, personal care and F&B brands
  • Develop new channels and maintain relationship with existing channels in order to maximize sales growth in both online and offline market
  • Launch new brands and products into existing and new channels
  • Responsible for planning promotional programs with aim at maximizing sales
  • Plan, manage, control marketing spending with principle of ‘Value for Money’
  • Work closely with Marketing Team to execute promotional activities in order to maximize sales
  • Develop and execute marketing activities, advertising and print ads for brand building
  • Develop and explore new potential business for development
  • Prepare sales reports to management

 We are looking for:

  • Good network and strong relationship with drugstores, healthcare stores, beauty stores, supermarkets, department stores, and chain retailers
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in FMCG beauty, household, personal and F&B industry, less working experience will be considered as sales executive
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills is a must
  • Strong interest in FMCG retail business and good commercial sense
  • Energetic with ‘Can-do’ and result oriented attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Language Proficiency in English and Cantonese
  • Good team player with a strong will to deliver
  • Hard working with good communication skills
  • Good time management and ability to work independently and to handle and organize multiple jobs under pressure and tight schedules
  • Good analytical and report management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate the team
