Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Store Manager
- Maximize sales results by sound retail management skills and effective business strategies
- Manage the day-to-day operations of store
- Promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in related disciplines
- At least 10 years' sales experience of which 5 years of managerial experience in retail industry
- Proven track record of managing a large team with substantial business achievements
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong business minded and customer service oriented
- Immediate available is preferably
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Floor Manager
