Position : Financial Controller

About us

We are an integrated electronics manufacturing services providers, HK based with factories in Guangdong and Vietnam.

We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy.

Major Responsibilities 

• Lead the budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and forecasting , providing strategic insights to the management team
• Responsible for group consolidated financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, auditing, tax planning and treasury functions, financial analysis, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
• Implement and enforce robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of all financial information
• Coordinate with all professional parties, the regulatory bodies to work in due diligence, valuation/analysis
• Provide leadership and direction to the Accounts team for daily operation, fostering an environment of professional growth and compliance with internal policies
• Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control, risk augment, corporate governance requirement.
• Support and implement action plans in alignment with company strategic goals and strategies

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting with professional accounting qualification
• At least 10+ years relevant experience.  Experience in manufacturing company will be preferable.
• Previous experience in PRC manufacturing industry is a must.
• Strong technical accounting and familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices.
• Able to supervise the handling of full set of manufacturing accounts and develop accounting system.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and sound analytical skills.
• Good common in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Business trip is required.
