Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy & Oversight: Develop and implement financial strategies to support PCG growth objectives and global market expansion.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning to ensure fiscal discipline and profitability.

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational and strategic needs.

  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and leadership teams to provide financial insights and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in financial management, with 3+ years in a senior finance role, ideally in fintech, payments, or retails sectors.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification required;

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, with strong mentoring and team-building skills.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of fintech, payment processing, or high-growth startups is highly desirable.

  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Mindset: Strategic, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for driving financial excellence in a fast-paced environment.
