Finance and Accounting Officer (Corporate Finance) -Fresh graduate are welcome

Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and help present financial reports to management and team members, offering insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the electric vehicle charging sector.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business cases for new projects and initiatives.
• Help develop financial models that inform investment decisions and assess project viability.
• Assist with fundraising activities, including the preparation of pitch decks and financial documentation for investors.
• Support M&A activities by conducting financial due diligence, creating valuation models, and assisting in integration planning.
• Monitor key financial metrics and assist in evaluating financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting-related projects as required

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines

• 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking is a plus,fresh graduates are also welcomed

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey financial concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in sustainable energy and technology.
