Job Responsibilities

• Manage the building management team, to include the in house R&M team, and external contractors to perform the day-to-day activities of building management, maintenance, security and customer services
• Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Support the site mangaer/supervisor in monitoring smooth implementation of company strategy and policies / procedures.
• Manage & handle emergency situations, supervise and ensure proper execution of emergency procedures established by the Company
• Patrol frequently the assigned properties as to ensure first class management and maintenance service are well maintained to and recommend improvement where necessary
• Ensure compliance of internal procedures, client and legal requirements, such as Building Management Ordinance, Deeds of Mutual Covenant and statutory guidelines, etc.
• Assist in preparing the management budget for the assigned properties.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or above in Facilities Management/Property Management/Housing Studies or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management/ Property Management /Hospitality. Less experience will be considered as Seinor Facilities Officer
• Can-do attitude, team player, willing to change and with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good written English in FM operation related documents
