Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor daily facilities management-related operations, such as repairs and maintenance, cleaning, and security services
- Conduct routine inspections on the facilities
- Provide support for events and activities, process purchase order, invoices, etc
- Responsible for administrative tasks and record maintenance
- Prepares regular reports and maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files
- Monitoring of works and services performed by sub-contractors and to ensure quality services are delivered to clients
- Continuous improvement of facilities operations and management process
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Facilities Management / Properties Management / Hospitality / Building Services related subject preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Property Management. Candidate with less experiences will be consider as Assistant Facilities Officer
- Detailed-minded, independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word
