Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor daily facilities management-related operations, such as repairs and maintenance, cleaning, and security services
  • Conduct routine inspections on the facilities
  • Provide support for events and activities, process purchase order, invoices, etc
  • Responsible for administrative tasks and record maintenance
  • Prepares regular reports and maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files
  • Monitoring of works and services performed by sub-contractors and to ensure quality services are delivered to clients
  • Continuous improvement of facilities operations and management process
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Facilities Management / Properties Management / Hospitality / Building Services related subject preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Property Management. Candidate with less experiences will be consider as Assistant Facilities Officer
  • Detailed-minded, independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word
