- Full spectrum of administration and secretarial support to the CEO Office.
- Manage calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal and external in relation to business activities, internal meetings, conferences and company events etc
- Attend key meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentation
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 2+ years’ relevant experience in serving senior executive
- Well-organized, detailed-minded, and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive-thinking, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work multitask
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team player with previous experience supporting multiple people in an secretarial / administrative capacity
