Job Description

Duties
The appointee will be required to:
  1. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Registry;
  2. Provide support for programme administration, including course registration, maintenance and filing of student records, and examinations, etc.;
  3. Carry out general administrative duties such as arranging meetings, data manipulation, office management; and
  4. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Applicants should have a recognized Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. At least one year of relevant experience.
  3. Experience in education, especially post-secondary institutes or as career master / teacher in secondary schools would be an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  6. Immediate availability would be an advantage.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Established by Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (“TWGHs”) in 2010, Tung Wah College (TWC) is a self-financing degree-granting institution registered under the Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance (Cap.320).
