Job Description

  1. Higher Diploma in Building Services, Building Studies or related discipline.
  2. ⁠Minimum 4 years relevant experience in property maintenance and repair works in Property Management Company
  3. Practical hands-on experience in managing residential properties is necessary.
  4. ⁠Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance works
  5. ⁠Good communication skills with all levels staff.
  6. Handling Emergency works.
  7. Attending I.O. meeting and Owners Meeting.
  8. Preferable with Grade A Registered Electrical Workers’  (REW) License or Recognised Safety Supervisor Certificate.
