Senior Estate Officer / Estate Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist Estate Manager day-to-day property operations
• Handle enquiries and complaints from clients
• Monitoring the Estate condition and take appropriate action for sound maintenance
• To supervise operational staff to deliver quality services to meet customers’ expectations
• Any other tasks which may be assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent
• Grade E or above in 2 subjects at HKALE and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the HKCEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE, or Level 3 Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE, or equivalent
• Possesses a recognized diploma/certificate in Property Management or equivalent
• Knowledge in landscaping and horticulture maintenance services is preferable
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Good communication skills and be able to work with people at all levels
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
