Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general customers' enquiries
- Perform clerical duties related to property management
- Provide support on ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
- Minimum 1 year's customer service experience, preferably in property management industry
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
