Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Key Account Director (Sales Manager) to lead our sales efforts in promoting our AI and Microsoft ERP/CRM solutions to key clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP/enterprise software solutions, a robust network within target industries, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on large account opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and close new business opportunities with targeted key accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.

  • Understand client businesses and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs, specifically in AI and Microsoft ERP/CRM offerings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product & presales, and delivery team to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize client satisfaction.

  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately, presenting regular updates to executive leadership.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to AI, ERP, and CRM solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a sales / account management role, with a strong emphasis on selling AI or IT solutions, specifically Microsoft ERP/CRM solutions

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess and address client needs effectively.

  • Sound knowledge of AI technologies, Microsoft ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), and industry-specific applications.
