Engineer (Ref.: E/25/150)

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;

• Perform project planning, site supervision and overall project management;

• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;

• Supervise sub-contractors and attend site meetings;

• Assist in prepare of payment, variation claim and negotiation;

• Participate in other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Environmental / Fire Engineering;

• 3 years or above experience in construction field;

• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
