Electronic Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, development and improvement of motors / USB charges to ensure the performance and quality of products.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new projects, conduct motor design and simulation analysis.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
• Continuously optimize product design to improve product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in other related work.

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in motor design or Electronic/Mechanical Manufacturing Industry
• Practical experience in MCU, motor, sensor, battery application
• Familiar with the principle of motor design, familiar with CAD, SolidWorks and other design software.
• Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure.
• Have a strong interest and enthusiasm for new technologies and new things, and have the ability to innovate.
• Able to read and understand technical literature in English.
• Frequent travel to DG plant
• Immediate available is preferred
