Key Responsibilities
As part of our Hong Kong-based R&D team, you will:
- Research and design custom Analog ICs, Digital ASICs, and Sensor ICs using advanced circuits and technologies.
- Follow the analog design flow: concept → research → design → simulation → layout → prototyping → fabrication → evaluation.
- Perform analog and mixed-signal circuit design and system integration.
- Conduct design verifications, including pre-layout simulation, post-layout simulation, and co-simulation. Create and support behavioral modeling.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving design flow/methodology.
- Define test plans and conduct design verifications
- Compile design documentation
- Support silicon bring-up and integration testing in final end products.
- Develop production ATE in conjunction with design involvement to deliver high quality and high reliability semiconductor chip for various end products
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic device physics with the ability to develop advanced linear and nonlinear models to bridge simulation, physical implementation, and measured performance.
- Analog Design Skills: Knowledge of advanced circuits (e.g., Filters, OpAmps, ADCs/DACs, switched-capacitor circuits) and concepts like noise, bandwidth, layout techniques (electromigration, matching), inductance voltage bouncing, tapeout processes, etc.
- Digital Design Skills: Experience with logic design using Verilog; familiarity with architecture specifications, documentation, coding in Verilog, and debugging techniques.
- A responsible, self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset who thrives on challenges.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of ownership over tasks.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required.

- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Electronic Engineer position.
