eCommerce Business Analyst / Officer

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting analysis on our Client's e-Commerce business and providing recommendations and technical solutions to improve performance;

• Perform business analyses, develop and examine project scoping, scheduling and implement new eCommerce solutions to improve current workflow;

• Manage accounts in online eCommerce websites and its operations and daily project activities;

• Analyze eCommerce data to assess the effectiveness of retail operations;

• Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients on technical issues and provide solutions;

• Assist in handling ad-hoc assignments and complete special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or high diploma holder, preferably on Computer Science, e-Commerce, I.T. or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of experience in I.T. / eCommerce project management from an I.T. agency / IS companies with a proven record in delivery experience of enterprise scale projects 

• Full understanding on web related services and eCommerce solutions and the implementation cycles

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following e-commerce platforms is a significant plus: Adobe Magento, Shopify Plus, Shopline, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Adobe Commerce Cloud

• Fluent in English with spoken Mandarin and/or Cantonese

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for another junior position (e.g. Assistant BA/eCommerce assistant).
