E&M Inspector (MiC) (Job Ref: EMIMIC)

Job Description:

• Supervise MiC contractors or factories in Mainland to ensure the quality and progress of E&M work construction.
• Prepare necessary reports, records, and information to facilitate the valuation of works.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE, or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in construction site inspection.
• Strong communication skills in spoken Putonghua.
• Travel to Mainland is required.

Engineer (EL / AC) (Job Ref: ENGELAC)

Job Description:

• Responsible for building services design and project administration.
• Conduct site inspections and attend meetings for building development and/or mission-critical projects.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities from concept to detailed design and construction administration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services or related disciplines.
• Engineers must have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in design and project management. Candidates with additional experience or other professional qualifications will be considered for a Senior Grade position.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proactive team player with a high sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
• Results-oriented, focused on delivering exceptional service to clients.

Graduate Engineer (Scheme A) (Job Ref: GESA)

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, technical reports, and submissions.
• Design E&M systems, coordinate installations, and manage on-site work.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduates from relevant degree programs in 2024 or 2025 will be considered. Our company offers the HKIE Scheme A training program for suitable graduates in BSS, ELL, or MCL disciplines.
