Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's online sales channels and be responsible for key performance indicators such as GMV, profit, and user growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop annual/quarterly operational plans, budgets, and marketing calendars.
  • Marketplace Management: Be responsible for marketplace onboarding, complying with marketplace rules, store setup and maintenance, planning and applying for marketplace marketing activities, maintaining marketplace relationships, and utilizing marketplace data tools.
  • Product Selection and Testing: Introduce new products based on market trends, user data, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Traffic Control: Formulate and oversee the implementation of comprehensive traffic strategies (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media, KOL, EDM).
  • Team Management: Lead a team and coordinate internal and external resources (such as collaborating with design, IT, and customer service departments).
  • Data Analysis: Use various data analysis tools for the independent website to perform in-depth analysis and drive decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in building online channels from the ground up, with team management experience and accountability for core metrics like GMV, profit, customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with consumer electronics and home appliance categories is preferred.
  • Experience with Shopify, HKTVmall, and Amazon ecosystems is preferred.
  • More than 5 years of hands-on operational and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is preferred .
