Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:-

E-commerce Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of the e-commerce platform, including own and 3rd party marketplaces.

  • Ensure product updates, content accuracy, and inventory management.

  • Create, develop, manage and implement the content for e-Shop platforms

  • Explore new channels/platforms to maximise sales opportunities and enhance brand awareness

Digital Marketing & Traffic Growth

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Analyse website traffic data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities.

  • Manage online advertising budgets and optimise ROI across all digital channels.

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Continuously optimise the website for user experience by improving navigation, design, and functionality.

  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to checkout and post-purchase.

  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to address concerns and improve satisfaction.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and report on e-commerce KPIs, including sales performance, conversion rates, site traffic, and customer retention metrics.

  • Use analytics tools to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce at a managerial level, preferably in the fashion retail industry.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing the online shopping experience

  • Good team player, proactive, passionate, multi-tasking, fast-paced, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, CRO, and email marketing best practices

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
