E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

• Direct report to team manager for daily operations in assigned channels such as HKTVmall.
• To provide insights, trends and recommendations through data analysis to develop e-Channel optimization strategies to increase sales and conversion.
• Prepare daily reports for promotion evaluation and sales performance.
• Proactively optimize content and campaigns based on data results.
• Handle and follow up customer inquiries/complaints/returns.
• Liaise and coordinate with buyers, logistics and related departments on day-to-day business operation.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks/projects

Requirements:

• Have background / knowledge in electronic products
• Bachelor degree or above in e-Commerce, Marketing, or other business-related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in IT product e-commerce/e-marketing/online store.
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hard-working with positive attitude, responsible, detail-minded, well-organized and good communication skills.
• Highly motivated, aggressive and sales driven.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
