Job Responsibilities
Handle E-Commerce platform’s operation and sales arrangement;
Pack and ship goods to fulfill customer orders
Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer service through online communications;
Handle E-commerce clerical and logistic tasks, including shipping documents, and
Assist in any ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
Diploma or above in E-Commence, Marketing or related discipline;
1-2 experience in E-Commence platform operation, with luxury brand experience is an advantage;
Experience in warehouse and logistics would be an advantage.
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with good written skill in Chinese and English
Level N3 or above pass in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is an advantage
Proficiency in PC application, such as MS Office, and etc.
Good team player with can-do and positive attitude
Able to work in shift base
Candidates with more experience would be considered to be E-Commerce Officer
