Job Responsibilities

 Handle E-Commerce platform’s operation and sales arrangement;

 Pack and ship goods to fulfill customer orders

 Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer service through online communications;

 Handle E-commerce clerical and logistic tasks, including shipping documents, and

 Assist in any ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

 Diploma or above in E-Commence, Marketing or related discipline;

 1-2 experience in E-Commence platform operation, with luxury brand experience is an advantage;

 Experience in warehouse and logistics would be an advantage.

 Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with good written skill in Chinese and English

 Level N3 or above pass in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is an advantage

 Proficiency in PC application, such as MS Office, and etc.

 Good team player with can-do and positive attitude

 Able to work in shift base

 Candidates with more experience would be considered to be E-Commerce Officer
