Our guests' safety and comfort always come first. Which is why we've seeking out a Duty Engineer at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong to ensure the Hotel equipment is operated in accordance with Kimpton standards and to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

A little taste of your day-to-day
您的日常工作簡要

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下：

• Handling new hotel projects
  處理新酒店項目
• Supervising the Engineering team and contractors to carry out routine maintenance work and in-house operation
  監督工程團隊和承包商進行例行維護工作和內部營運
• Managing hotel in-house coordination, fire system and Building Management System
  管理酒店內部協調、消防系統和建築管理系統
• Executing the Preventive Maintenance Programme
  執行預防性維修保養
• Monitoring the Utilities Consumption and Daily Operation
  監控公用事業消耗和日常營運
• Reporting to the Director of Engineering
  向工程總監報告

What we need from you
我們對您的要求

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel engineering operation
  至少4年的酒店工程營運經驗
• A diploma in building services engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering science or equivalent
  屋宇裝備工程、電氣工程、機械工程、工程學或相關專業的文憑
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
  持有建築業安全訓練證明書（綠卡）
• Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above is preferrable
  持有A級或以上的電工牌照者優先
• Experience in handling hotel opening and fire services systems
  具有處理酒店開業和消防服務系統的經驗
• Strong technical hands-on skills
  優秀的技術實操能力
• Overnight shift is required
  需要通宵班工作
• Good communication and coaching skills
  良好的溝通和指導技能
• Good command in spoken English and Chinese
  良好的英語和中文口語能力
