Zemac works directly with architects and main contractors directly as the Acoustic Specialist for New Buildings, A&A projects, and maintenance works. We provide engineering and specialist contractor works. We are seeking a highly motivated Draftsman to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in building coordination and interior fit-out works. If you have hands-on experience in site inspections, tendering, A&A works, and construction coordination, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic environment. The Job :

• Position: Draftsman
• Responsibilities: 2D/3D CAD drafting for architectural / interior design projects. Working drawings modification.
• $ 15-30K. 5.5day, bonus

 Requirements:
• Diploma or education in building, construction, engineering, fitting out or related discipline

• Minimum 1 year experience in AutoCAD

• Familiar with interior design and building development drawing set is an advantage.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of English and Chinese
