Director – Facility Management (Data Center)

To accommodate our rapid business growth, we are now seeking a top talent to lead our Facility Management Department.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage specialized teams with different functions, including but not limited to Mechanical (MVAC), Electrical, ELV, UPS and Fire Services across for providing FM services to customers.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure maximum uptime of facility systems.
• Implement proactive maintenance strategies, provideing professional advice and solutions to customers, arrange A&A works, manage incidents, report progress to senior management.

• Prepare and manage annual departmental budget and P/L of the FM department, including supervising contract management, leading tendering, quotations and contract negotiations, and cost control (external & internal).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years in infrastructure management, including 8 years in critical facilities.
• In-depth knowledge in data center operations, including the management of mechanical, electrical, UPS, ELV and fire services.
• Knowledge of data centre standards, such as Uptime, BEAM and etc.
• Extensive facility management experience, familiar with project management tools and methodologies.
• Professional/Chartered Engineer certification will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
