Deskside Support Specialist - 3 months contract

About the role

We are seeking a Deskside Support Specialist to join our team at EIRE Systems (Hong Kong) Limited. This is a role where you will provide high-quality IT support and solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Respond to user requests and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems
• Document and maintain records of all support activities
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a deskside support role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies
• Fluent communication skills in English language (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
