Deputy Accountant

Duties:

• Handle full set of books, payroll and MPF processing, leave register for hundreds of staff, accounts receivable and cash management, PRC accounts consolidation, financial and taxation reports, etc.
• Ensure period-end closing activities to be completed in a timely manner;
• Participate in project accounts, forecast and management accounts assignments;
• Perform company secretarial tasks;
• Perform business correspondence, internal control and any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor/Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years' work experience in commercial accounts or audit fields; more experience with the right calibre may be considered as Accountant;
• Good command of written English; Chinese data-entry and Putonghua preferred;
• Familiar with PRC accounting and taxation related regulations and practices is a distinctive advantage;
• Mature, energetic, hard working and able to work independently.
