Data Architect (Kafka)

Requirements:

1. Solid understanding of Kafka core components (Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions, Consumer Groups), with hands-on experience in building or maintaining reporting platforms, multidimensional analytics tools, ETL platforms, and scheduling platforms.
2. Proficient in Kafka cluster setup and configuration (including Zookeeper integration, Broker settings) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
3. Knowledge of Kafka performance optimization (partition count, replication factor, log cleanup policies, compression), latency-throughput trade-offs, and monitoring tools (JMX, Prometheus, Grafana).
4. Familiarity with Kafka Connect and Kafka Streams, and understanding of Kafka configurations for high availability, fault tolerance, and data consistency.
5. Experience in big data platform architecture, with practical project experience in designing and developing solutions for data collection, data transfer, real-time analytics, and message queues.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer related field.
2. At least 3 years of IT industry experience, and experience in large-scale distributed systems and real-time data processing.
3. Excellent application design, programming, data processing, and user support skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and performance-tuning skills, and ability to design scalable and reliable data pipelines

5. Proficiency in English is required to collaborate with foreign staff.
