Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle clients' enquiries through email, and live chat in a professional manner.
  • Create sales order and provide sales support services to clients on daily FX and cross border payment logistics.
  • Handle account opening logistics in an efficient manner and in compliance with the regulated requirement.
  • Strong presentation, and client servicing skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date records to ensure that all contacts with prospective customers, issues, opportunities and competitive information are fully recorded and evaluated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 1 year's working experience.
  • Self-motivated, sociable and outgoing, with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent communications, organizational, planning and people management skills.
  • Energetic and willing to work in a volatile environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Customer Success Specialist.
