Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle clients' enquiries through email, and live chat in a professional manner.
- Create sales order and provide sales support services to clients on daily FX and cross border payment logistics.
- Handle account opening logistics in an efficient manner and in compliance with the regulated requirement.
- Strong presentation, and client servicing skills.
- Maintain up-to-date records to ensure that all contacts with prospective customers, issues, opportunities and competitive information are fully recorded and evaluated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least 1 year's working experience.
- Self-motivated, sociable and outgoing, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent communications, organizational, planning and people management skills.
- Energetic and willing to work in a volatile environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Customer Success Specialist.
