Job Description
Seeking a sales associate that can speak with our customers, maids and any other related persons!
We are business owners that are interested in investing in our company culture. You will primarily speak with customers and handle the procedures.
Main Duties:
- Match the right foreign maid according to the customer's request
- Responsible for business development and sales of domestic employment services
- Arranges and conducts interviews, assessments and screening of foreign workers
- To provide professional and quality foreign worker matching services to our clients
- Provides professional advice on employment, explanation of labor laws and employment regulations to clients
- Handle employment-related documents and after-sales follow-up for clients to match suitable foreign workers to clients in a “one-stop” manner
- Responsible for and managing the daily operations and management of the branch
- Ensure store service quality and environmental level to meet company professional standards
- Build a company culture with your team
Job Requirements:
- Professional Skills: Good customer service and sales skills. Basic computer input and operation knowledge in English and Chinese.
- Soft skills: Passionate about sales, positive and proactive, friendly and polite.
- Education: CEE Graduate of Secondary 5 or DSE or above, recent graduates are welcome.
- Language Requirements: Native speakers of Cantonese and able to communicate with foreign workers in English (people who can communicate in Mandarin with customers living in Hong Kong and Mainland China are welcome)
Schedule:
Sunday-Wednesday (10.00am-7.00pm) with 1 hour lunch break.
Thursday and Fridays are off.
