Customer Success Executive (IT Cloud)

We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Executive for on-site work in our Hong Kong SAR location.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs
• Proactively monitor client usage and performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
• Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating when necessary
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements
• Participate in regular client check-ins and strategy sessions to drive continued success
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support ongoing client relationships

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the IT or cloud services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve client issues
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Adaptability and a quick learner to stay up-to-date with evolving cloud technologies and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
