Customer Services Representative - Luxury Brand (5-day work, 10-7pm)

Job Description:

·       Responsible to handle telephone/live chat/email customers enquiries in a professional and polite manner

·       Coordinate with Sales, Products and Logistics team to ensure the customer order is delivered on time

·       Follow up orders from order placed to delivery & provide after sales service

·       Maintain accurate system records and monitor inventory transaction to ensure sufficient stock for customers

·       Prepare and generate sales report to supervisor and ensure data integrity

·       Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Job Requirements:

·       Diploma or above

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in customer services, with experience in hospitality or fashion industries would be an added advantage

·       Good fashion sense and experience in high end goods would be an advantage

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin & English

·       Good command of PC knowledge, including Chinese & English typing

·       Enthusiastic, independent, friendly, well organised and customer-oriented

·       5-day work week, (Monday to Saturday, working hours 10am to 7pm)

·       Immediately availability is highly preferred

·       Professional training would be provided
