Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors in Grade A shopping mall and office tower
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints of shoppers and tenants
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of Customer Service Centres and Hotline Service
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • Proficiency in MS Office computer skills
