Customer Services Executive

With the aim to upholding the brand image, the incumbent will provide high standard customer services to both internal and external customers from offline sales channels.

What you do:

• Handle customer enquiry through different channels (email, phone, website, LiveChat) in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
• Manage customer enquiry tracking and reports

Who you are:

• F.7 or degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in CS, retail or hospitality industry
• Excellent service manner, self-motivated, detailed-minded and with high level of resilience
• A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficient in Chinese word processing & MS Office is essential
