Job Description
Responsibilities
· Provide customer service, keep in contact with the shippers and consignees
· Co-ordinate and follow-up cargo flow with internal and external parties
· Responsible for handling export operation documentation and trucking arrangement
· Update related documents & shipping reports are timely and accurate
· Handle general inquiries from customers, internal departments and overseas offices
· Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirement
· F5 or above
· 1-2 years relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred
· Able to work independently, detail-mined, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
· Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
· Knowledge of PC applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
