Job Description

Responsibilities 工作職責:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, messaging, or in person 回覆客戶查詢(電話、電郵、訊息或面談)

  2. Handle customer orders and maintain accurate records 接收並處理訂單,並妥善記錄與跟進

  3. Resolve customer issues and provide support 解決客戶問題並提供支援

  4. Assist the sales team with daily tasks 協助銷售團隊日常事務

  5. Update and maintain customer information 更新客戶資料

Requirements 要求:

  1. Good communication skills, attentive and responsible 良好的溝通技巧,細心、有責任感

  2. Experience in customer service or administrative work is a plus 有客服或行政經驗更佳

  3. Fluent in Cantonese, with basic proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred 能操流利廣東話,具一般普通話及英語能力為佳
