Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer enquiries, orders and delivery coordination
- Process sales orders and invoices accurately in ERP system
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain customer records and update product and pricing information
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor / management
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communication or related discipline
- 1 - 3 years of customer service / order processing experience (F&B, hospitality, trading or logistic industry preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office and EPR system (experience in SAP will be advantage)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Responsible, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available preferred
Working location : next to Wong Chuk Hang MTR station
