Job Description
Responsibilities:

Perform general receptionist duties, include handling of public enquiries, complains, appointment booking, member registration and billing;

Responsible for communication and dissemination of information with members;

Update and manage member information in CRM system;

Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Diploma or above in any discipline;
-
At least 2 years of related experience;

Good interpersonal and communication skills;

Independent with good organizational and communication skills;
-
Available for a 5-day work week, including night shifts until 9 PM on weekdays and weekend shifts.
