Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up internal / external enquires and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Leading customer services team to provide professional customer services and solve capabilities to clients
- To be responsible for new account opening and outsider broker account opening issue.
- To liaise and co-ordinate with sales team & technical team for customer's request
- To cooperate with RO on daily work
- To support the implementation on FATCA requirements
Requirements:
- At least 5 year’s relevant experience in securities firm or financial institution
- SFC Type 1 Licensed Holder
- Experience on KYC, AML check and FATCA
- Ability to coach, train and develop junior customer service officer
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with accuracy
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
