Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up internal / external enquires and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Leading customer services team to provide professional customer services and solve capabilities to clients
  • To be responsible for new account opening and outsider broker account opening issue.
  • To liaise and co-ordinate with sales team & technical team for customer's request
  • To cooperate with RO on daily work
  • To support the implementation on FATCA requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 year’s relevant experience in securities firm or financial institution
  • SFC Type 1 Licensed Holder
  • Experience on KYC, AML check and FATCA
  • Ability to coach, train and develop junior customer service officer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with accuracy
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
