Responsibilities 工作職責
• 回應客戶查詢(電話、電郵、面談) Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• 定期外出拜訪客戶,提供支援並建立關係 Visit clients regularly to provide support and build relationships
• 協助銷售團隊達成業績目標 Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
• 向銷售總監匯報工作進度與客戶反饋 Report updates and feedback to the Sales Director
Requirements 職位要求
• 良好中英文溝通能力 Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
• 具備外出見客的意願與能力 Willing and able to meet clients off-site
• 目標導向,具備銷售或服務熱誠 Goal-driven with passion for service or sales
• 有客戶服務或銷售經驗者優先 Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
