Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Provide premier customer services at the service counters of Grade A office towers
  • Handle general enquiries, complaints providing courteous services to office tenants and visitors

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate or above
  • Fresh Graduate or 1 year of customer service experience preferable in property management / hotel management
  • 5.5 day works, alternative Saturday (Sunday and public holiday off )
  • 12 days Annual Leave
  • Cheerful, pleasant, customer-oriented and cooperative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good spoken in English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • More experience candidate will be considered as Senior Customer Service Ambassador
